Standard Terms and Conditions for Commit to Create

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the expectations and commitments for participants ("You") in the Commit to Create programme ("Programme"), facilitated by Bradley Wescott ("Facilitator"). By enrolling in the Programme and making a Commitment Pledge, you agree to the following terms:

1. Programme Overview

  • The Programme is a 12-session journey designed to support your creative growth and alignment, facilitated via weekly live calls and replays.

  • Your participation in the Programme signifies your commitment to personal and creative development as well as your contribution to supporting Create (https://createarts.org.uk/).

2. Commitment Pledge

  • The Commitment Pledge is required to secure your spot in the Programme and your attendance at each session.

  • A recommended pledge amount of £33 is suggested, but the amount is flexible and based on what feels aligned with your truth.

  • 12 pledges are required: one for registration and one for each subsequent session, whether you attend live or access the replay.

  • Pledges are non-refundable and represent a financial and energetic commitment to yourself, the group, and the charity.

3. Attendance and Engagement

  • Participants are expected to attend at least 8 out of 12 sessions live to maximise the transformative potential of the Programme.

  • Replays will be provided for all sessions and sent via email to those who attend live or pledge for the session.

  • Your active engagement is encouraged to foster a supportive and collaborative group environment.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payments for the Commitment Pledge are processed via the methods outlined on the Programme page.

  • All pledges are non-refundable, as they reflect your commitment to the Programme and to supporting Create.

  • Failure to make a pledge for any session may result in restricted access to future sessions or Programme resources.

5. Code of Conduct

  • You agree to engage respectfully and professionally with the Facilitator and other participants throughout the Programme.

  • Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or failure to adhere to group agreements may result in removal from the Programme without refund.

6. Mental Health and Wellbeing

  • The Programme is transformational and may involve exploring personal and creative blocks, which could bring up strong emotions or unexpected insights.

  • The Facilitator is not a licensed mental health professional and the Programme is not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health support.

  • If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional or have a history of mental health challenges, you are encouraged to consult with them before participating in the Programme.

  • By enrolling, you agree to take full responsibility for your emotional and mental wellbeing throughout the Programme.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All Programme materials, including but not limited to recordings, slides, handouts, and exercises, are the intellectual property of the Facilitator.

  • These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Facilitator is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment but cannot guarantee specific outcomes from the Programme.

  • You acknowledge that participation in the Programme is voluntary and that any decisions or actions you take as a result of the Programme are your sole responsibility.

  • The Facilitator will not be held liable for any physical, emotional, or mental harm that may arise during or after participation in the Programme.

9. Privacy and Data Use

  • Your personal information, including name, email, and payment details, will be used solely for Programme-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

  • You agree to receive Programme-related communications, including session links, updates, and follow-ups.

10. Amendments and Changes

  • The Facilitator reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Programme schedule, format, or content if necessary.

  • Any significant changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

11. Agreement to Terms

  • By enrolling in the Programme and making a Commitment Pledge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
